Shabivska rural territorial community is a united community in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odessa region with an administrative center in the village of Shabo. It was formed on May 5, 2017 by merging the Shabivska, Brytivska, Salhanska and Sofiivska village councils. The community covers an area of 580.91 km² and includes 14 settlements: the village of Pryberezhne and 13 villages, including Abrikosove, Avydivka, Adamivka, Bilenke, Blagodatne, Brytivka, Vygon, Polyovoe, Privitne, Salhany, Sofiivka, Cherkesy and Shabo.
As of 2017, the community's population was 14,321. The Shabiv community is actively developing infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social services. In 2024, it was among 19 communities in Ukraine that will receive expert support from the Government of Canada under the Community-Led Inclusive Recovery (CLIR) initiative.

Shabo communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
