Voinylivska territorial community is an administrative-territorial unit in Kalush district of Ivano-Frankivsk region with the center in the urban-type settlement of Voynyliv. The community covers 16 settlements, including the villages of Dovpotiv, Dovzhka, Dubovytsia, Dibrova, Kudlativka, Luka, Moshkivtsi, Pavlykivka, Perevozets, Serednya, Sivka-Voynylivska, Slobidka, Tomashivtsi, Tsvitova and Perekosy. The total area of the community is 163.4 km², and the population is about 10,375 people.
The community has a developed infrastructure, including educational and medical institutions, and also actively supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including through volunteer initiatives and the purchase of necessary equipment for the front.

Voinylivska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
