About the Mayor

Pavlivska rural territorial community is a rural community in Volodymyrskyi district of Volyn region with an administrative center in the village of Pavlivka. It was formed on August 15, 2016 by merging several village councils. The community covers an area of ​​218.16 km² and has 20 villages. As of 2018, the population of the community was 7,960 people.

The community actively develops infrastructure, education and social services, implements local economic development strategies and attracts investments.

The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
