Sakhnovtsy community is located in Shepetivskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with its administrative center in the village of Sakhnovtsy. The community was formed on August 30, 2019 by merging the Velyko Puzyrkivska, Sakhnovtsy and Ternavska village councils of Izyaslavskyi district. In 2020, as a result of the administrative-territorial reform, the community became part of Shepetivskyi district.
The community includes 23 villages: Beizymy, Velyko Puzyrki, Vlashanivka, Hryhorivka, Dankivtsy, Zmorshky, Kalynivka, Kropivna, Lischany, Mala Medvedivka, Myrne, Novye Selo, Pylky, Sakhnovtsy, Svyrydy, Sokhuzhyntsy, Tarasivka, Telizhyntsy, Ternavka, Khrystivka, Cheptsy, Chyzhivka and Shevchenko.
