Mayor of Zasluchenska community
Zasluchnenska rural territorial community is located in Khmelnytskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with its administrative center in the village of Zasluchne. It was formed on April 16, 2019 by merging the Hlibkivska, Zasluchnenska and Maloklitnyanska village councils of Krasylivskyi district. In 2020, the Velykozozulynetska and Kotyurzhynetska village councils joined the community, which expanded its territory and the number of settlements.

Zasluchenska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
