Yampilska urban territorial community is located in the Mohyliv-Podilskyi district of Vinnytsia region, with its administrative center in the city of Yampil. Formed in 2020 as a result of the administrative-territorial reform, the community covers an area of 787.48 km² and includes 1 city and 37 villages. As of 2020, the population was 37,816 people.
The community is actively working on the development of infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services, implementing local economic development strategies and attracting investments. In particular, the Development Strategy of the Yampil urban territorial community until 2030 has been approved, which provides for a comprehensive approach to improving the quality of life of residents.

Yampilska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
