Mayor of Mankivka community
Mankivka settlement territorial community is located in the Uman district of Cherkasy region with the administrative center in the village of Mankivka. Formed in 2020 by merging 14 village councils, the community covers an area of 477.3 km² and includes 19 settlements. As of 2021, the population is 17,912 people.
The community is actively developing infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services. In particular, projects are being implemented to build shelters in educational institutions to ensure safe learning conditions. Programs are also being implemented to develop tourism potential, including the creation of tourist routes and the promotion of local cultural monuments.

Mankivka communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
