Pidvysotsk rural territorial community is located in Holovanivskyi district of Kirovohrad region, with its administrative center in the village of Pidvysoke. Formed in 2020, the community includes 17 villages and has an area of 447.7 km². As of 2020, the population was 6,586 people.

Pidvysotska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
