Irpin community covers an area of 117.2km² in Kyiv Region. It comprises the city of Irpin and four villages — Dibrova, Zabuchchia, Kozyntsi, and Mykhailivka‑Rubezhivka — with a population of approximately 69,962 residents as of 2020. Recent data from 2022–2025 indicates the population has grown to 73,162, including 65,167 living in the city itself. Irpin is a city of regional significance located on the Irpin River near Kyiv. The community benefits from major transportation infrastructure, including international highways E373 and E40, a railway line, and access to the Antonov International Cargo Airport. In 2021, Irpin was ranked 7th by Forbes Ukraine among the best cities for business, thanks to its logistical advantages, transparent governance, and favorable ecological environment
