Знам’янська міська рада — орган місцевого самоврядування, що представляє Знам’янську міську територіальну громаду з центром у місті Знам’янка, Кіровоградська область. Громада утворена 12 червня 2020 року та охоплює місто Знам’янка, селище Знам’янка Друга та чотири села: Водяне, Петрове, Новоолександрівка і Сокільники. Загальна площа громади становить 113,1 км², а населення — близько 28 234 осіб.
Міська рада активно займається розвитком інфраструктури, освіти, культури та соціальних послуг, а також впроваджує програми підтримки територіальної оборони та національного спротиву.

Знам’янкаIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
