Exclusive Strategic Partners

Chairman Address

Oleg Belous

Mayor of Oknyanska community

Dear Partners, Today’s Okny region is an agricultural, environmentally clean, and resource-rich administrative-territorial unit of the Odesa region. The Okny Settlement Council encompasses one settlement and 54 rural localities. We, the residents of the Okny Community, strive to achieve greater efficiency and accelerate socio-economic development while improving the comfort and quality of life for our people. The Okny Community is open to Ukrainian and international investors — to all who wish to do business in our territory — and we are committed to close cooperation. We are ready to assist our partners in finding a qualified workforce, selecting land plots and suitable infrastructure, and providing professional support in obtaining the necessary permits.

We understand that success lies in fruitful cooperation with investors who share our values and vision for building the future together. Our community welcomes new ideas, initiatives, and projects aimed at the continued development and prosperity of Okny. We look forward to your proposals and would happily meet and hear from you.

Oknyanska Community

About Us

The Okny community is an amalgamated territorial community established on April 29, 2018, with its center in the village of Okny, located in the northwest of Odesa Oblast. The community includes 54 settlements with a population of over 18 thousand residents.

We offer comfortable living and business conditions, as our mission is to promote economic development, provide high-quality social infrastructure, and support initiatives that improve the living standards of every resident. The geographical location of the community and access to natural resources create all the conditions for the successful implementation of projects in various industries.

Economic potential of the community

The community's economy is based on agriculture, in particular the cultivation of grain crops, sunflower, corn and rapeseed. Leading enterprises such as Oknyanska Pravda LLC, Mriya LLC, and Khliborob LLC operate on the territory, demonstrating stable development and open to cooperation.

In addition to the agricultural sector, we are actively developing projects in the extractive industry, such as the extraction of limestone and clay used in construction. The community's significant land resources allow us to create additional business opportunities, from the development of new production facilities to investments in green energy.

Logistical advantages

The Okny community has a strategically advantageous location, being 25 km from the Chubivka railway station and in close proximity to international transportation routes. The administrative center of the community, the village of Okny, is located 200 km from Odesa and 394 km from Kyiv.

The availability of high-quality roads and access to transport infrastructure provides convenient connections for the transportation of goods and business development. We offer plots for the construction of industrial facilities with access roads, which are ideal for production, logistics and warehousing.

Natural resources and infrastructure

The community's territory is rich in natural resources, including significant deposits of limestone, clay, sand, and fertile soils. The total area of agricultural land exceeds 87,000 hectares, more than half of which is arable land—ideal for cultivating agricultural crops.

The community also has resources for industrial and construction development, such as land plots in Stavrove for solar power plants. The availability of modern communications and natural resources creates a solid base for investment, ensuring stability and long-term benefits for the partners.

Climate benefits and human potential

The Okny community is located in a moderately warm agro-climatic region, where the climate is favorable for growing wheat, corn, sunflower and other crops. The number of sunny days per year reaches 300, which also provides great opportunities for the development of alternative energy.

We are also proud of our human resources - hardworking residents who support business and infrastructure development. Low competition among businesses allows new investors to quickly integrate into the market and ensure sustainable growth of their business in cooperation with our community.
