Antoniny Community is a modern, forward-looking community with a rich history and cultural heritage. About
Antoniny Community is a modern administrative and territorial unit that combines historical identity with a strategic vision for development. Established on August 17, 2017, as part of the decentralization reform, the community unites 34 settlements, including the urban-type settlement of Antoniny, and covers an area of 403.7 km².
We provide high-quality local governance, support educational, cultural, and social infrastructure, and actively implement innovative solutions in the fields of - прибрати ці слова economy and public administration. The residents of the community are initiative-driven and hardworking people, united by a common goal — to build a comfortable and safe environment for living and doing business.

Natural Resources
Antoniny Community is located in the southwestern part of Ukraine, at the intersection of the forest-steppe and steppe zones. It creates unique natural and climatic conditions. On the slopes of ravines and gully systems, meadow steppe remnants and rare fragments of ravine forests have been preserved and it has significant ecological value. The most common soil type is chernozem. It covers over 70% of the community territory. Additionally, dark-grey podzolized soils and podzolized chernozems are spread in the central and southern areas of the community.
The territory is rich in natural resources, including sand, clay, chalk, and stone suitable for construction. Due to high solar activity, the area offers favorable opportunities for the development of solar power. These natural resources give a strong basis for sustainable development, protection of environment and independence of energy supply and are able to attract investment in the green economy.

Positioning
Antoniny Community is located near the border with Moldova and the European Union. Strategically, it ensures quick access to international markets. The distance to Ukraine’s largest seaport of Odesa is about 120 km. A well-developed transport infrastructure, including highways and railways, makes the community attractive for the development of logistics, export, and manufacturing facilities.
The community holds significant potential due to its natural resources, such as fertile soils, water resources and forests. These support the growth of agriculture and renewable energy sectors. A well-developed industrial base, skilled workforce, and experience in international cooperation make the community ready for investment across multiple sectors, including agribusiness, green energy, and infrastructure facilities.

Geography & Logistics
Antoniny Community is located in the southwestern part of Ukraine, near the border with the Republic of Moldova and European Union countries. The distance to the nearest border checkpoint with Moldova is approximately 45 km. It provides easy access to international transport routes.
The distance to Odesa, Ukraine’s largest seaport, is about 120 km, enabling efficient cargo transportation to port infrastructure. National highways and railway branches pass through the territory of the community. A well-developed road network with a total length of over 150 km ensures fast connections to regional centers, logistics hubs, and international markets. This strategic location makes the community highly attractive to investors interested in stable development and business expansion.

Key enterprises operating within the Antoninska community form the foundation of the local economy and provide employment for residents. Among them, agricultural enterprises hold a prominent position, including SТОV "Dovira," TOV "Ukraina 2001," TOV "SK Promin," TOV "New Agro Podillia," TOV "Agropartner-1," and SТОV "Volytsia." These companies specialize in the cultivation of grain and industrial crops, livestock farming, and agricultural product processing. LLC “Ikopot Energy” focuses on renewable energy, particularly the production of electricity from biomass. PJSC “Khmelnytskoblenergo” ensures stable energy supply to the community’s settlements. PJSC “Antoninske” is a diversified enterprise with a long-standing tradition that plays an important role in the socio-economic life of the community.
