Berezdivska rural territorial community is located in Shepetivskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with its administrative center in the village of Berezdiv. Formed on August 13, 2015 by merging 13 village councils, the community covers an area of 316.39 km² and includes 27 villages. As of 2018, the population of the community was 8,641 people.
The community actively develops infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services, implements local economic development strategies and attracts investments. In particular, 6 general educational institutions of I–II levels, 6 institutions of I level, 10 institutions of extracurricular education, 34 physical education institutions, 18 outpatient clinics and polyclinics, 1 hospital and 1 paramedic and obstetrician station operate on the territory of the community.

Berezdivska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
