Mayor of Butska community
Butka settlement territorial community is located in Uman district of Cherkasy region with the administrative center in the village of Buki. It was formed on September 19, 2017 by merging Butka settlement, Bahvyanska and Kutivska village councils, and since 2020 five more villages have joined it, including Rusalivka, Kyslyn, Nova Hreblya and Chervony Kut. The community covers an area of 190.1 km² and has 8 settlements. As of 2023, the population of the community is approximately 5,176 people. The community is home to natural attractions, including Butka Canyon and the botanical monument "Butkovy Kosariki".
The community is actively developing infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services. In particular, a Primary Health Care Center has been established with outpatient clinics in Buki and Chervonyi Kut and five paramedic stations. A voluntary fire department also operates, covering all settlements in the community.

Butska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
