About

Dear friends, partners, and guests of the Dmytrushkivka Community! The Dmytrushkivka Territorial Community is a modern, progressive community with a rich history and cultural heritage. Formed in 2019, it now unites 12 settlements with its administrative center in the village of Dmytrushky and benefits from a strategically advantageous geographical location. Spanning an area of 30,969.8 hectares and home to around 10,000 residents, the community supports active enterprises in both the agricultural and industrial sectors, along with functioning institutions of education, healthcare, and culture. Agriculture remains the traditional backbone of the local economy, with over 90% of land consisting of fertile black soil.

The community is committed to modernizing its economy by combining its agricultural strength with energy potential and industrial development. The future of Dmytrushkivka looks promising thanks to infrastructure expansion, support for small and medium-sized businesses, and proactive cooperation with investors. Our community holds strong positions in regional social, economic, educational, and cultural rankings. We strive to build a place where every individual feels secure, where youth see opportunity, and where the older generation receives proper care. We warmly welcome partners to collaborate with us — with Dmytrushkivka, you can count on trust, transparency, and results.

Natural Resources

The territory of the Dmytrushkivka Community lies within the forest-steppe zone of Central Ukraine. The landscape features natural steppe and meadow-steppe areas, as well as remnants of ravine forests with environmental significance. The soil cover is dominated by podzolized and dark gray podzolized chernozems, known for their high fertility and excellent suitability for agriculture.

The community is rich in natural resources, including sand, clay, chalk, construction stone, and granite deposits. Due to high solar activity, the area offers exceptional conditions for the development of renewable energy, particularly solar power. There are also ponds and reservoirs used for fishing, irrigation, and recreation. These natural assets create strong foundations for sustainable ecological development, energy independence, and investment in the green economy.

Positioning

The administrative center of the Dmytrushkivka Community is the village of Dmytrushky, located just 7 kilometers from the district center — the city of Uman. Major international roads run through the community’s territory, including the M05 Kyiv–Odesa highway (part of E95), the European route E50, and the national highway H16. The population of the community is approximately 10,000 people, with a significant share being young, economically active residents.

The community has experience in international cooperation, particularly in educational projects, and maintains partnerships with cities such as Gniezno in Poland. It participates in international forums (including Europe Civil Security) and cultural exchange initiatives. In response to global challenges, Dmytrushkivka promotes cooperation, solidarity, and international engagement as essential to building a secure future and ensuring Ukraine’s victory. The community is also part of the intermunicipal cooperation agreement uniting 12 communities under the joint initiative “Project Office Uman Region.” Strategic priorities include the development of education, agriculture, infrastructure modernization, youth and social initiatives, and the implementation of green technologies.

Geography & Logistics

The Dmytrushkivka Community is located in the heart of Ukraine, at the crossroads of major national transportation routes connecting Kyiv–Odesa and Lviv–Dnipro. Two key state highways pass through the community — M-05 (Kyiv–Odesa) and H-16 (Zolotonosha–Uman–Cherkasy), providing excellent logistical accessibility and positioning the community as a strategic hub for trade and transport.

The territory features a diverse landscape: rolling plains dominate the north, while the southern areas include steppe elements. The main river is the Revukha, which flows through the eastern part of the community and is a tributary of the Yatran River. Along its banks and in surrounding areas, granite outcrops are visible, including an untapped granite deposit near the village of Stari Babany. Forests cover approximately 20% of the land, helping maintain ecological balance. The local road network stretches over 120 km, with 80 km of street lighting. With its central location, proximity to international trade routes, and well-developed logistics, the Dmytrushkivka community offers attractive conditions for investors seeking efficient growth and expansion.

Local Business

There are up to 120 businesses of various forms of ownership operating within the territory of the Dmytrushkivka Rural Territorial Community, the majority of which are agricultural producers. More than 30 of these are agricultural enterprises, including nine registered farming entities. The largest among them are LLC "Uman-Agro" and LLC "Agaris Myco Center", whose main activities include the cultivation of grain crops (excluding rice), legumes, oilseeds, and plant restoration.

The community also hosts several major enterprises in other sectors. These include the "Spivdruzhnist" Corporation(part of the defense industry), LLC "RDO Ukraine" (wholesale trade in agricultural machinery), and PJSC "Uman Breeding Enterprise" (specializing in cattle and buffalo breeding). "Amic Ukraine", a foreign-invested company, operates in specialized fuel trade and manages fuel stations. SCP "Dmytrushky" oversees water supply and treatment for the community.
