About

Dolyna City Territorial Community is an administrative and territorial unit in the Kalush District of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region, established on December 27, 2018 through the amalgamation of the Dolyna City Council with several village councils from the Dolyna and Rozhniativ districts.
The community includes the city of Dolyna and 21 villages, covering a total area of about 300 km² with a population of over 52,000 residents.
The administrative center of the community is the city of Dolyna, located in the picturesque valley of the Onut River in the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains.

Natural Resources

The community is developing as an economic and social unit with a focus on expanding industrial potential, tourism, and agriculture.
Enterprises in the chemical industry, pulp and paper production, and the food industry operate within the community and form the foundation of the local economy.

Positioning

The territory of the community is located in a unique natural region of the Carpathian foothills, characterized by extensive forested areas, rivers, and fertile soils.
A distinctive feature of the region is the presence of mineral resources, including deposits of potassium salts and other minerals.
