We were created in 2020 and today unites Dykanka and surrounding villages in a dynamic and forward-looking partnership. Our Community Development Strategy, adopted in 2021, sets ambitious goals: balanced spatial growth, environmental sustainability, a strong tourism profile, and favorable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Despite the challenges of the full-scale war, Dykanka continues to adapt, rebuild, and move forward. In 2025, we are updating our Strategy to reflect new realities and opportunities, focusing on recovery and sustainable growth. We believe in the strength of our people, our rich cultural heritage, and our potential for development.
