Haisynska urban territorial community is located in Haisyn district of Vinnytsia region with the administrative center in the city of Haisyn. Formed in 2020, it covers an area of 657.77 km² and includes 43 settlements: the city of Haisyn, 5 settlements and 37 villages. As of 2020, the population of the community was 44,540 people.

Haisynska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
