Nataliya (born June 27, 1979, in Kotelva, Poltava region) is a Ukrainian educator and public official. She holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Education from Poltava State Pedagogical University (2002), specializing in chemistry and biology.
Her career includes teaching, work at the Poltava Diamond Plant, and leadership roles in education and social services. From 2010 to 2020, she headed the Children’s Service of the Kotelevsky District State Administration. Since December 2020, Nataliya has served as Secretary of the Kotelevsky Village Council and is a Deputy of the eighth convocation representing the Sluga Naroda party.
