Lanovetska urban territorial community is located in the Kremenets district of Ternopil region, with its administrative center in the city of Lanivtsi. Formed on May 24, 2017 by merging the Lanovetska city council and several village councils, the community covers an area of 479 km² and includes 41 settlements: the city of Lanivtsi and 40 villages. As of January 1, 2024, the population of the community is 20,502 people, of which 7,996 are urban and 12,506 are rural.
The community actively develops infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services, implements local economic development strategies and attracts investments. In particular, the Lanovetska community is a participant in the USAID DOBRE program, within the framework of which projects are implemented to support local business, develop co-working spaces and improve the system of solid waste collection.

Lanovetska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
