About us
Morshyn community is a resort center with a rich history of wellness tourism thanks to mineral springs and a mild climate. It unites the city of Morshyn and 13 villages where people preserve cultural and natural traditions. The community works on improving living conditions and social infrastructure for all residents.
We strive to provide modern educational, medical, and cultural services so that everyone feels supported. People are the community’s main value, and we aim to create a comfortable living environment. Our primary goal is to harmoniously combine tourism opportunities with everyday comfort.
Geography & Logistics
Morshyn community is located in Stryi Raion of Lviv Oblast, about 83 km from the regional center of Lviv. Major roads run through its territory, providing quick access to main transport arteries in the region. This makes the community logistically convenient for tourism, business, and regional mobility.
We are working on developing internal roads, improving road quality, and enhancing public transport accessibility. Convenient connections to major cities support economic activity and resident mobility. This strengthens interaction between rural and urban areas.
Natural Resources
The community’s territory has natural resources that form the basis for wellness and recreational tourism, including mineral springs, forests, and clean air. This creates favorable conditions for developing resort infrastructure and health tourism. The resources support both the local economy and attract visitors from various regions.
We also support a sustainable approach to the use of natural wealth, enabling development while maintaining ecological responsibility. We plan to expand renewable energy projects and environmental management initiatives. This enhances the community’s competitiveness as a green and healthy territory.
