Mykola was born on March 17, 1985 in the village of Opishnya, Poltava region. He studied at the Opishnya Specialized Educational Art Institution, the College of Arts in Opishnya (now the State Specialized Art Boarding School of I-III Degrees “College of Arts in Opishnya” named after V. Krychevsky). After graduating from school, he entered the Yuriy Kondratyuk Poltava National Technical University, where he studied in the specialty “Oil and Gas Production Engineer”. After receiving a higher education, he began successful entrepreneurial activity.
In 2020, he entered the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. Since 2015, he was elected a deputy of the Opishnya Village Council. The process of creating the Opishnya Territorial Community began - within 2.5 years, an independent Opishnya Community with a center in the village of Opishnya was created. On September 13, 2018, the Opishnya Territorial Community was formed by merging the Opishnya Village Council and the Malobudishchansk Village Council of the Zinkivskyi District. During the elections at the end of 2018, he became the head of the Opishnya Community, beating 12 candidates for this position. During his tenure as the head of the Opishnya TG, he implemented a number of important projects that are an example of effective community management for both the Poltava region and the whole of Ukraine. Married. Together with his wife, he raises three children.
