Stryi community is a modern regional hub combining the city, suburbs, and surrounding villages, with stable governance and developed infrastructure. Natural Resources
The community’s territory has access to natural resources — Carpathian foothills, the Stryi River and surrounding lands. This creates potential for agriculture, horticulture, and farming, as well as for green tourism, nature recreation, and leisure.

Geography & Logistics
Stryi community is located at the junction of major transport corridors of Western Ukraine, with good road and rail connectivity. This provides fast access to the regional center, the Carpathians, and neighboring regions. Multiple highways and shipping routes create opportunities for logistics, freight transport, and trade.
The planned or existing industrial park enables development of warehouse and manufacturing infrastructure, combining industry with logistics, and providing employment. This makes the community attractive to business and investors.
Local Business
The community already hosts industrial and processing enterprises, agriculture, trade, and services. This is a foundation for small and medium business that can provide employment and growth.
