Stryi community

About

Stryi community is a modern regional hub combining the city, suburbs, and surrounding villages, with stable governance and developed infrastructure. We aim to preserve historical heritage and cultural identity, ensuring security and comfort for every resident. We remain open to modern approaches, innovation, and sustainable development.

The community has potential for a high quality of life — with a good environment, access to education and healthcare, and opportunities for business and growth. We believe that cooperation, transparency, and community involvement are keys to stable progress.

Natural Resources

The community’s territory has access to natural resources — Carpathian foothills, the Stryi River and surrounding lands. This creates potential for agriculture, horticulture, and farming, as well as for green tourism, nature recreation, and leisure.

Natural conditions favor development of ecological initiatives, organic farming, and eco-tourism. Such an approach can improve quality of life and attract new residents and visitors.

Positioning

Stryi community aspires to be a model of successful modernization and a comfortable place to live — focusing on infrastructure, education, culture, and development. We want to be a community that preserves traditions, supports growth, and looks to the future with open opportunities.

We encourage entrepreneurial initiative, investment, and social activity. Our strategy is to attract investors, develop business potential, and create conditions for stable community growth.

Geography & Logistics

Stryi community is located at the junction of major transport corridors of Western Ukraine, with good road and rail connectivity. This provides fast access to the regional center, the Carpathians, and neighboring regions. Multiple highways and shipping routes create opportunities for logistics, freight transport, and trade.

The planned or existing industrial park enables development of warehouse and manufacturing infrastructure, combining industry with logistics, and providing employment. This makes the community attractive to business and investors.

Local Business

The community already hosts industrial and processing enterprises, agriculture, trade, and services. This is a foundation for small and medium business that can provide employment and growth.

We plan to attract investors, support farmers and entrepreneurs, create new jobs, develop infrastructure, and improve residents’ quality of life. This will promote economic growth and stability.
