Dear friends, partners, and guests of the Teofipol community! It is my pleasure to welcome you on behalf of the Teofipol community — one of the largest and most promising communities in Khmelnytskyi region. Established in 2020, the community unites 55 settlements with its administrative center in the urban-type settlement of Teofipol. It benefits from a favorable geographic location and a well-developed transportation infrastructure. Covering an area of 717 km², the community is home to over 25,000 residents. Active enterprises in the agricultural, industrial, and energy sectors operate here alongside educational, medical, and cultural institutions. Agriculture is the traditional backbone of the local economy, with more than 90% of land consisting of fertile black soils.
The Teofipol community is currently implementing a range of strategic initiatives, including the establishment of an industrial park, which is expected to become a growth point for small and medium-sized enterprises, logistics projects, and industrial production. The community aims to modernize its economy by combining agricultural potential, energy capabilities, and industrial development.

About
The Teofipol community is a strong and united community of the Khmelnytskyi region, where tradition meets modernity, agricultural potential merges with active social infrastructure. Spanning 717 km², it is home to 25,000 residents, driven by a common goal — to develop its own territory, implement innovative approaches, and ensure collective well-being. The community consists of 55 settlements and Teofipol, an urban-type village, plays as its administrative center. Agriculture forms the basis for the local economy. It not only has retained its leading positions but demonstrates fast modernization also. Local units of the key national agroholdings are significant employers and are reliable partners in the development of the community.
In addition to its economic potential, the community has a well-developed network of educational, healthcare, and cultural institutions, providing a high quality of life and access to services. Combination of industrial capacity and a well-developed social sphere lays the basis for the next sustainable development.
Natural Resources
Teofipol community is the largest among neighboring communities and it provides an ample space for the development of industrial, logistics, or energy projects. Agricultural land accounts for 91.3% of the community’s territory, the majority of which are fertile black soils. This ensures a reliable background for agricultural production, processing, and export of agricultural goods.
Positioning
The Teofipol community is a reliable and collaboration-oriented partner with a clear development strategy and substantial resource potential. Сombining a strong agricultural base, well-developed infrastructure, skilled labour forces, and growing energy capacities, the community plays as a proper platform for investment and long-term cooperation.
Labour forces count above 50% of the community’s population. Most of this (up to 31%) are employed in agriculture — a sector that remains a key sphere and offers significant potential for modernization and innovation.
Geography & Logistics
Geographically, the Teofipol community is located in the central part of Khmelnytskyi region and borders the Ternopil region. The advantage of the Teofipol community location creates favorable conditions for logistics, interregional cooperation, and economic development. The community lies 81 km from the city of Khmelnytskyi and 336.5 km from Kyiv. Its territory is crossed by national highways R48 and T2012, as well as by single-track special railway with a total length of 28.7 km.
The length of roads crossing the community is about 644.2 km, including 59.3 km of national highways, 206.8 km of local roads, and 378.1 km of municipally owned roads.
Local Business
In 2024, the Teofipol community served as a home to 1,579 business entities, including 518 legal entities (33%) and 1,061 individual entrepreneurs (67%). Over 120 agricultural producers are registered in the community. They contribute to production, export orientation of the local economy and guarantee a high employment level. The main local taxpayers and strategic enterprises are: LLC "Ukraina 2001", one of the largest agricultural enterprises in the region; local unit "Ridnyi Krai" of PJSC "Zernoprodukt MHP", it is a part of the huge national agro-industrial corporation MHP; PJSC "Teofipol Sugar Plant" processing daily up to 6,000 tons of a sugar beet; LLC "Teofipol Energy Company" producing a renewable energy at a capacity of 26 MWh; agricultural producers operating in crop and livestock farming LLC "Sviatets" and LLC "Volochysk-Agro; a factory specializing in knitted fabric production PE "ASLAN-TEXTILE".
These enterprises not only ensure the community’s economic stability but also serve as key social partners for local initiatives, development of the infrastructure and ensuring employment for the local population.
