Yampil settlement territorial community is located in Shepetivskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with its administrative center in the village of Yampil. Formed on June 26, 2018 by merging the Yampil settlement council and several village councils, the community covers an area of 160.7 km² and includes 13 settlements: the village of Yampil and 12 villages. As of 2020, the population of the community was 5,989 people.

Yampilska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
