Mayor of Yampil Community
We warmly welcome you on behalf of the Yampil Community, which includes 12 villages and the urban-type settlement of Yampil. The community was established on December 29, 2018, spans an area of 160.7 km² and by the beginning of 2025 had a population of 5,838 residents. The basis of the local economy is agricultural production - a sector that has preserved time-honored traditions and also created new opportunities for the community. We are proud of our ancient history, which stretches back through the centuries. This is a land where every stone holds memories of the past, and every village protects its unique cultural heritage.
We are not stopped. We are focusing on growth, creating a modern living environment, and fostering a favorable climate for work and investment, while carefully preserving our identity. Yampil Community is a space for new ideas, open to partnerships and bold decisions. Together with our residents and like-minded partners, we are building a future that is comfortable, secure, and full of promise. Yampil Community
About
Yampil Community is one of the most promising communities in the region. Established six years ago, our community is striving to move forward, making it widely known through its real achievements. Our main goal is to revitalize the economic and cultural potential of the town and surrounding villages, improve public spaces and infrastructure and embrace a new way of living and working in order to become a strong part of a modern European community.
The community unites the urban-type settlement of Yampil, with its unique historical legacy, and 12 surrounding villages, creating a solid basis for economic development. The total area of the community covers 160.7 km². But most importantly that the community is home to people united by a shared purpose to live and work on their native land. This commitment is shared by all residents and forms the basis for a strong local labor market and sustainable future growth.

Natural Resources
The territory of the Yampil Community is located in the northwestern part of the Podillia Plateau of Ukraine, close to the border with Volyn Polissia territory. The community lies along the Horyn River. The community's landscape includes ponds, as well as mixed and broadleaf forests. The most common soil types here are chernozems - black soils covering 60% of the community's area, dark-grey podzolized soils having a share of 10%, and podzolized chernozems.
The territory is rich in natural resources, including deposits of peat, chalk, sand, and clay. These resources, along with favorable environmental conditions, create significant potential for the development of renewable energy sources, especially solar and green energy.

Positioning
The strategic location of the community in Western Ukraine, at a distance of 241.5 km from the border with Poland and the European Union, along with railway and road routes passing through the community, a population of 5 838 residents, and natural resources (land, water, forests), combined with developed agricultural sector, food industry, and mechanical engineering, create favorable conditions for international cooperation, attracting investment and grants for development.
Attraction of investment is a key factor for the recovery of the community, economic growth, job creation and development of the whole territory. To date, the community has experience in cooperation with the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation in project development. As well it actively pursues international economic partnerships, foreign financial programs, grants, and looking for international investors.

Geography & Logistics
Yampil Community is located in Western part of Ukraine. The borders of the community adjoin Ternopil oblast. The distance from Yampil to the Polish and EU border via route T1410 is 241.5 km. The community possesses the Lepesivka railway station of the Shepetivka–Podilska–Ternopil line. The H02 highway Kremenets–Bila Tserkva–Rzhyshchiv passes directly through the Yampil settlement. The total length of all roads within the community is 86 km.
This well-developed transport infrastructure ensures fast access to both national and international markets, enhancing the community's attractiveness to investors seeking efficient growth and expansion opportunities.

Local Business
Up to 143 enterprises of various types of ownership operate within the territory of the Yampil Community. The largest of them are concentrated in the agricultural sector. The main local companies are: “Ridnyi Krai” Branch of Zernoproduct MHP PrJSC, Dovira Agricultural Cooperative LLC, Ukraina 2001 LLC, Vyazovets STDV, and the Yampil Grain Elevator Branch of Zernoproduct MHP PrJSC. In the food industry, a major player is Vitamin 2015 LLC; in the mechanical engineering sector - YARZ LLC and Orlan Municipal Forestry Enterprise (SLKP "Orlan") in the forestry sphere.
