Zasluchnenska community is located in Khmelnytskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with its administrative center in the village of Zasluchne. It was formed on April 16, 2019 by merging the Hlibkivska, Zasluchnenska and Maloklitnyanska village councils of Krasylivskyi district. In 2020, the Velykozozulynetska and Kotyurzhynetska village councils joined the community, which expanded its territory and the number of settlements.
