Коцюбинський селищний голова
Коцюбинське — селище міського типу в Бучанському районі Київської області, яке утворює адміністративний анклав, повністю оточений територією міста Києва. Його площа становить 0,87 км², а населення — близько 17 600 осіб (станом на 2022 рік). Селище було засноване в 1900 році під назвою хутір Берковець. У 1903 році поблизу нього збудували залізничний полустанок, який згодом став станцією Біличі. У 1941 році населений пункт отримав статус селища міського типу та нову назву — селище імені Коцюбинського, на честь українського письменника Михайла Коцюбинського. У 1965 році назву скоротили до Коцюбинське.
Географія та адміністративний статус Коцюбинське є унікальним адміністративним утворенням — анклавом Київської області, повністю оточеним територією Києва, зокрема Святошинським районом. Це створює певні труднощі в наданні послуг мешканцям, оскільки селище юридично підпорядковується Бучанському району, але фактично інтегроване в інфраструктуру столиці. Сьогодні Коцюбинське є переважно житловим районом з багатоповерховою забудовою. Селище має розвинену інфраструктуру: працюють школи, дитячі садки, магазини, медичні заклади. Серед підприємств варто відзначити меблеву фабрику та деревообробний комбінат. Мешканці Коцюбинського активно беруть участь у громадському житті селища, обговорюють актуальні питання на сторінках у соціальних мережах, зокрема у Facebook-групі Громада Коцюбинського. Також функціонує офіційний інформаційний портал, де публікуються новини, оголошення та довідкова інформація для жителів і гостей селища.
