Маньківська селищна територіальна громада розташована в Уманському районі Черкаської області з адміністративним центром у селищі Маньківка. Утворена у 2020 році шляхом об'єднання 14 сільських рад, громада охоплює площу 477,3 км² та включає 19 населених пунктів. Станом на 2021 рік чисельність населення становить 17 912 осіб.
Громада активно розвиває інфраструктуру, освіту, охорону здоров’я та соціальні послуги. Зокрема, реалізуються проєкти з будівництва укриттів у закладах освіти для забезпечення безпечних умов навчання . Також впроваджуються програми розвитку туристичного потенціалу, включаючи створення туристичних маршрутів та популяризацію місцевих культурних пам’яток.

Маньківська селищна радаIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
