Томашпільська селищна територіальна громада розташована в Тульчинському районі Вінницької області з адміністративним центром у селищі Томашпіль. Утворена 8 вересня 2016 року шляхом об'єднання Томашпільської селищної ради та кількох сільських рад. Згодом до громади приєдналися інші сільські ради, що розширило її територію та кількість населених пунктів. Станом на 2018 рік площа громади становила 129,2 км², а населення — 7 504 особи.

Томашпільська селищна громадаIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
