Talnivska urban territorial community is located in Zvenigorodskyi district of Cherkasy region with the administrative center in the city of Talne. Formed on September 28, 2016, the community covers an area of 916.6 km² and includes 43 settlements: the city of Talne, 34 villages and 8 settlements. As of 2025, the population of the community is 31,217 people.
The community is actively developing infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services, implementing local economic development strategies and attracting investments. In particular, programs for the development of tourism potential are being implemented, including the creation of tourist routes and the promotion of local cultural monuments.

Talnivska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
