Тальнівська міська територіальна громада розташована в Звенигородському районі Черкаської області з адміністративним центром у місті Тальне. Утворена 28 вересня 2016 року, громада охоплює площу 916,6 км² та включає 43 населені пункти: місто Тальне, 34 села та 8 селищ. Станом на 2025 рік чисельність населення громади становить 31 217 осіб.
Громада активно розвиває інфраструктуру, освіту, охорону здоров’я та соціальні послуги, реалізує стратегії місцевого економічного розвитку та залучає інвестиції. Зокрема, впроваджуються програми розвитку туристичного потенціалу, включаючи створення туристичних маршрутів та популяризацію місцевих культурних пам’яток.

Тальнівська міська громадаIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
