Izyaslav urban territorial community is located in Shepetivskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region, with the administrative center in the city of Izyaslav. The community covers 46 settlements, including the city of Izyaslav and 45 villages. The total area of the community is 645.7 km², and the population is about 29,345 people. The community is actively working on the development of infrastructure, education, healthcare and social services, implementing local economic development strategies and attracting investments.

Izyaslavska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
