Serhiivska Rural Territorial Community is a united community located in Myrhorod District, Poltava Oblast, with its administrative center in the village of Serhiivka. Established in 2016, the community includes 13 villages, such as Kachanove, Rozbyshivka, Kalynivshchyna, and others.
The community focuses on improving the quality of life for its residents by developing infrastructure, education, healthcare, social services, and public amenities. Key priorities include energy efficiency, digitalization, and support for local initiatives.

Serhiivka communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
