Shpykivska settlement territorial community is located in Tulchyn district of Vinnytsia region, with its administrative center in the village of Shpykiv. Formed on July 27, 2016 by merging Shpykivska settlement council and Torkivska village council, the community covers an area of 94.23 km² and includes 27 settlements: 4 settlements (Huta-Bushynska, Sosnivka, Shpykiv, Yuliyampilske) and 23 villages, including Burdii, Velyka Vulyha, Dankivka, Lopatyntsi, Pechera, Rakhny-Lisovi, Strilnyky, Yurkivka and others. As of 2018, the population of the community was 4,392 people.

Shpykivska communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
