Uman urban territorial community is located in Umanskyi Raion of Cherkasy Oblast with the administrative center in the city of Uman. The community covers an area of 67.2 km² and includes the city of Uman and the village of Polyanetske. As of 2023, the population is approximately 87,905 people.

Uman communityIrpin was founded in 1899 as a railway station on the Kyiv-Kovel line. The town quickly grew, and by the early 20th century, it was a popular resort destination for Kyiv residents. In 1939, Irpin was granted city status.
In 2022, Irpin was one of the cities that was heavily damaged during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The city was occupied by Russian forces for several weeks, and many of its residents were killed or displaced. However, Irpin was eventually liberated by Ukrainian forces, and it is now in the process of being rebuilt.
